Returns

You can return your coffee within 30 days of receiving your order

If you are unhappy with your coffee, simply return it back to us within 30 days and we will refund you, or if preferred, provide you a replacement pack.

You will be responsible for returning the product back to us. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 5-working days via the original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must either be:

1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Faulty and or the product is damaged.
